Description
Liu Bao Cha is a traditional aged dark tea from Wuzhuo City, Guangxi Province in China. It has a deep woodsy aroma and moss-like character due to a fermentation process that is similar to that of traditional ripe puerh teas from Yunnan Province. Traditionally known for being “red, strong, aged and mellow”, Liu Bao tea stands up to its fame. Our Liu Bao Dark Tea has leaves that are thin, tight, and dark black-brown in color, with a mossy, damp autumn pile of leaves aroma. Once steeped the deep reddish brown liquor has a woodsy beginning, with bark and moss-like flavors, which lead into an autumn leaf and buckwheat finish. It is delightfully smooth and fresh with a lingering aftertaste. |
